"STQ installed our Roof Line safety system a number of years ago. During one of our annual inspections I was made aware that a number of components were showing signs of significant surface corrosion which could affect the systems performance in an emergency situation.
STQ took up this issue for us, contacted the supplier of the equipment and arranged with them to replace the system in its entirety and with no additional cost to our business.
On arrival, the installation team were extremely professional, polite and considerate to our concerns including disruption to our Employees.
